I had a mixed experience at Ramon’s Village Resort. While the location was fantastic, right on the beach with lovely views, I found the noise from the streets and nearby areas quite disturbing. The staff was friendly for the most part, but there were inconsistencies in service and some amenities left much to be desired, especially in terms of comfort and room features.

Rooms
5.0
The room was small and lacked key amenities like a coffee maker and a functioning safe. The noise from outside was disruptive, and although the air conditioning worked intermittently, it was loud and uncomfortable.
Service
5.0
Service was a bit hit or miss. While some staff were friendly and helpful, my experience with front desk staff was not welcoming. They seemed indifferent to guest needs.
Location
9.0
The resort's location right on the beach was a big highlight, making it easy to enjoy water activities and the beautiful views. It was also conveniently close to nearby attractions.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were decent, with Pineapples restaurant offering fresh seafood and other dishes. However, it's worth noting that not all meals exceeded expectations. Snack options while diving could be improved.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities included a nice pier and pool, but there were limitations like no liquor at the bar and a small choice of food options. Overall, they provided the basics, but more luxury touches would enhance the experience.

I had an very nice week at Ramon's Village Resort. The rooms were charming, and my view from the porch was just stunning. However, the noise from the nearby airport was a bit bothersome at times. Overall, it was a lovely experience! 🌴

My jungle standard hut was perfect with its own porch facing the ocean. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved having hot water and good water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the absence of a television, focusing instead on the beautiful surroundings.
Service
8.0
The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They were consistent, which made me feel welcome and valued. Though I did experience a delay in breakfast service on one occasion, it didn't overshadow the overall positive vibe.
Location
9.0
Ramon's is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and within walking distance to town. I loved being able to stroll down the beach and explore local restaurants and bars. Plus, the lovely landscaping and beachfront access added to the charm.
Dining

The food at the resort's restaurant was really good, and the service was really good. Dining while enjoying ocean views made every meal special!
Facilities

I enjoyed using the amenities across the street and had access to the resort's facilities, including the dive shop for excursions. The golf cart rental available in the area made exploring the island very convenient.

I had a great stay at Ramon's Village Resort, overall. The resort was well-kept and the cottage I stayed in was adorable and spacious. However, the noise from the nearby airport and road was quite noticeable, so I recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Maintaining the beautiful grounds was clearly a priority for the staff, who were consistently seen taking care of the resort's upkeep.

Rooms
8.0
The room was charming and spacious, with a lovely deck outside. The air conditioning worked well, though I did notice some noise from the airport. However, the cottage was perfect for my needs as we mostly explored the island.
Service
10.0
The staff was amazing throughout my stay. They were always attentive, accommodating, and friendly, making me feel very welcome. Special thanks to the front desk team for their early check-in assistance.
Location
8.0
The resort is conveniently located right on the beach and close to all the activities in San Pedro. It's also adjacent to the airport, which can be noisy, but it made getting around easy.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed breakfast at the resort, though I felt the food prices were a bit misleading. Nonetheless, the food was generally good, and the setting was nice with lovely pastries.
Facilities
9.0
The resort offered various facilities like room service, laundry, and a diving shop, which added to the convenience of my stay. Everything was well-maintained and enhanced the overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Ramon's Village Resort. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The location is beautiful, right on the beach, and my cabana was beautifully decorated with a thatched roof, providing a truly tropical feel. However, I did experience some noise disturbances from nearby children and small aircraft, which made daytime relaxation a bit challenging.

Rooms
10.0
My room was one of the honeymoon huts, boasting a lovely thatched roof, a hammock, and just steps from the water. It felt very clean and comfortable, perfect for a tropical getaway.
Service
10.0
The staff did their best to accommodate our needs, greeting us with smiles and ensuring we had everything we required. They remembered my name and preferences, which added a personal touch to the service.
Location
10.0
Ramon's is centrally located on the beach, allowing easy access to local restaurants and shops. Being close to the airport was convenient as well.
Dining
9.0
I enjoyed the food at the resort; it was delicious and well-prepared, though the bar only served beer and wine, which was slightly disappointing. The beachfront Valentine's dinner we arranged was particularly nice.
Facilities
9.0
The resort had great facilities, including easy golf cart rentals right on the hotel and well-maintained pools. The ability to snorkel off the pier was a highlight of my stay, as I saw an array of marine life.
